Selecting a buyer representative means you are hiring someone who is legally bound to represent your best interests. Not only do I have your best interest in mind, I will guide you through the home buying process so you will feel confident with your investment. I’ll help you from the initial consultation right through to moving day. I’m here every step of the way. – Initial Consultation – Property Search – Bargaining and Negotiation – Making your Purchase – Planning your Move.
Did you know? It’s important that you sign a Buyer Representation Agreement that commits you to your Broker and your Broker to you. This agreement is now law and must be in place before a property can be purchased.
Getting started on the process can be exciting. This is where we discuss all the items you would like to have. During our initial meeting we will discuss and use this information to create your new home “Wish List” that includes items such as:
– Determine space, location, and price requirements.
– Assess timeframe for sale and move.
– Get comfortable with the ins and outs of the purchase process.
– If you’re an investor, I will help you determine your investment goals and objectives. Check out our Investors page to learn more.
Remember, all of these benefits can add up for you and you don’t have to pay anything. I am compensated by the Seller but I represent your best interests and work on your behalf.
The real estate market is constantly changing. Keeping this in mind, I will keep you updated on a regular basis while we search for your dream home. You can expect to hear from me regularly on changes in the market that could include current pricing trends, neighborhoods on the rise to insider details on a particular building. When your dream home hits the market, you will be the first to know. As your Broker I have access to:
