It’s important that you sign a Buyer Representation Agreement that commits you to your Broker and your Broker to you. This agreement is now law and must be in place before a property can be purchased.

INITIAL CONSULTATION
Getting started on the process can be exciting. This is where we discuss all the items you would like to have. During our initial meeting we will discuss and use this information to create your new home “Wish List” that includes items such as:

– Determine space, location, and price requirements.

– Assess timeframe for sale and move.

– Get comfortable with the ins and outs of the purchase process.

– If you’re an investor, I will help you determine your investment goals and objectives. Check out our Investors page to learn more.

Remember, all of these benefits can add up for you and you don’t have to pay anything. I am compensated by the Seller but I represent your best interests and work on your behalf.
